Transfer of your deceased family member into our care
(Within the Bendigo / Castlemaine area - Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm) and personal care in our private mortuary
Cremation at Bendigo Crematorium (ashes will be available for family to collect)
Half hour chapel hire for family to spend quiet time of reflection and farewell
Monday to Friday
(Family may collect ashes when ready to do so)
Supply of simple coffin
Cremation permit signed by doctor
One copy of official death certificate from Registry office in Melbourne
Full payment required prior to cremation taking place
Additional Costs
- After hour callout fee $390.00
(Monday to Friday 5.00pm - 9.00am, Weekend or Public Holiday) - Transfer of deceased family member outside local area, $2.20 per km return trip.
- Supply of larger coffin (if required) $250.00
Supply of alternative coffin - Price depending on choice - Viewing in Crematorium Chapel $220.00
(time mutually agreed between family and funeral director) - Supply of clergy ($275.00) or civil celebrant ($220.00)
- Family notice in newspapers and Flowers – at cost price
- Additional fees will apply for weekend and public holidays.
